Ovulation Predictor Kits



An ovulation predictor such as the clear plan ovulation predictor monitors fluctuations of the luteinizing hormone in the woman�s body. This hormone is necessary for the woman to ovulate, and the body produces a surge of luteinizing hormone 12 � 36 hours before ovulation. Use this early ovulation predictor test by holding a strip in your urine stream and you will be able to detect this surge, and thus predict when you will ovulate.

There are other methods as well, including a saliva ovulation predictor kit that measures the levels of estrogen in saliva. Like luteinizing hormone, estrogen increases before ovulation as well, but at a much more gradual level before actual ovulation. Either of these tests is a great way to predict ovulation without too much of a mess, and will also determine whether you would like the use of a fertility drug like Clomid, to increase the chances of ovulation. Remember, getting all the necessary information is the most important part of the process.
